The holidays are MY FAVORITE time of the year. I love the warmth of summer. I love the newness of spring. I love the colors of fall. But hear me: I LOVE THE HOLIDAYS!!!!! However, there was a time where I experienced a substantial amount of discomfort associated with the holidays. There was dread of eating foods that I knew were making me sick. There was worry that I would not be able to enjoy the holiday foods. There was physical discomfort after “enjoying” too much of the foods that made me sick with diabetes.

When I changed my relationship with food, my holiday season EXPLODED! When I learned to trust myself around ALL THE THINGS, I was able to unabashedly ENJOY the holidays. In this podcast episode, I discuss how you can create this for YOU too!
