This was one of my favorite episodes to record! Using the thought model, I explain how feelings of deprivation create the results of being sick with type 2 diabetes. Thoughts like “80/20 is ok,” or “this is unfair,” or “I am never going to be able to eat that again” do not help us to fix our type 2 diabetes. I explain why these thoughts do not work, then I use thought model to consider new thoughts that will help you fix it!
