These seem like reasonable ideas.  Sure, if there were no time constraints, never donuts in the breakroom, and your body could handle 60 minutes of cardio each day you could fix your diabetes.  

No brainer.

But when we allow these fixed circumstances to keep us from the health that we want, we are STUCK.  

Sick and stuck.
